Let me gist u guys what transpired Yesterday
Fortunately for me, I was coming from a muslim brethren's domicile where I went to eat my Salah food, of cos am a Christian.

I saw a clergyman
from my church on my way home, we exchanged
pleasantries. He then asked where I was coming
from, I told him actually, Then he started, Is it
that I haven't eaten Jolof rice and Friend rice
before that could warrant me to do such a thing?
He asked again that am I now a Muslim?
He told me why will I eat or even mingle with
unbelievers? He was totally disappointed in me, I
was puzzled and bewildered..He doesn't want to
grant me my fair hearing but I looked for a way
to calm him down to table my defence before
him..
Then I started by asking if it was a sin to
celebrate with my Muslim brethren?I opined that
celebrating with them is more or less a way of
showing love towards them.The clergyman said
why will I eat lr mingle with unbelievers but I referred him to the Bible where Jesus ate with as sinner, Mark 2,13-17 to be precise.
I even told him that his grudges with me is one of the problem of Nigeria that some Christians sees themselves as superior to Muslims and Muslims also feels they are superior to Christians. I told him
Apparently that Religion in the perspective he is taking it is the major problem we have in Nigeria...
He didn't allow me to complete my defence before
He walked out of me but I don't care anyway.
I urge the Christians to treat their Muslim
brethren's as one and vice versa to promote
tranquility, Peace in other to enable us live
harmoniously in the Country.
