Chilling video shows teens assault man with disabilities

Four teenagers carried out an unprovoked assault on a 39-year-old mentally disabled man, filmed the attack then posted the video on Facebook. As gleaned from the video, the man had done nothing to them and had simply been walking past when the teens began talking to him.
