According to a source, the incident happened in Jos on Friday March 13th. The 13 years old boy father, who is also a pastor allegedly beat him mercilessly then put chains with two padlocks round his neck.
When neighbours, who saw the padlock and injuries on the boys head asked what the boy did, the father accused him of stealing at their home. The source said the boy’s mother is late.
