This happened early this morning in front of BRT yard at Ketu bus stop. The LASTMA official pictured here identified as Asorona stopped a car he claimed had violated traffic regulations, asked the driver to step down and allegedly got into a scuffle with him. In the process, the man slumped and began convulsing! He and his colleagues made to flee, but passersby caught him and insisted he must stay there to answer for what he did. More photos below;
