Slay Queen Fake Being Sick, Swindles Thousands From Men A ‘Slay Queen’ who goes by the Twitter username @Miss_xo6, has just gone viral after she faked being sick to extort money from men.

According to reports, she requested a photo of a brown lady in a hospital bed with an IV attached to her hand and after getting the photo from another user, she later uploaded a picture showing the South African Rands that was sent to her to pay her Hospital bills.
