Selena Gomez has stunned fans by revealing she underwent a kidney transplant over the summer. The 25-year-old pop star and actress has suffered from lupus - a chronic autoimmune disease in which the body's immune system - since 2015.And the condition led her to undertaking drastic surgery in the summer of 2017. In an Instagram post, the star shared an image of herself on a hospital bed following her treatment and wrote;
