The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has replaced Lagos State Police Commissioner, Fatai Owoseni with a former Deputy commissioner of in charge of operations in the state, Imohimi Edgar.
Fatai Owoseni, who served in the state for two years, will now report to the force headquarters in Abuja as the Commissioner of Police in Charge of Administration.

Imohimi was only promoted to the position of Deputy Commissioner of Police in June this year, while Chief Superintendents of Police Hope Okafor, Muyideen Obe, Bunmi Ogedengbe and Lawal Adebowale were promoted to Assistant Commissioners Police.
