The Real Madrid superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo won the Uefa top award after beating Juventus Goalkeeper, Gigi Buffon and arch rival, Barcelona forward, Lionel Messi.
Cristiano Ronaldo whose two well taken goals won the Uefa Champions League for Real Madrid against Juventus last season was also named, Uefa Forward Of The Year.
