Four boys and a girl who specialised in car snatching have been arrested by the Elimgbu division of the Rivers State Police Command led by the DPO SP Joseph Ogunade.
The arrest was made after series of investigation traced a snatched vehicle to Akwa-Ibom where the suspects specialised in car snatching. The vehicle was also recovered.
