Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima on Thursday told acting President Yemi Osinbajo that he had expected him to put off his visit to Borno judging from an experience the state government had in 2014 over fears concerning the safety of the President. Shettima made the observation at the launching of a Presidential intervention in multi-billion naira food aide to victims of the Boko Haram
