Supreme court rejects Olisa Metuh's appeal

Former spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Olisa Metuh has lost his bid to stop his N400 million fraud trial, as the Supreme Court, on June 9, 2017 dismissed his application seeking for a stay of proceedings. Metuh is standing trial along with Destra Investment Limited for alleged fraud. He is facing a 7-count charge brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes
