Police on Friday, June 2, arrested a Nigerian man at Delhi's Indira Gandhi Airport for 'black dollar scam' and forgery. Officials said that the man identified as Gabriel Blessing Efe, was trying to travel to Kolkata and Bhubaneswar on forged documents.
