The State Protocol Department (SPD) in Ghana has released the burial arrangements for Major Maxwell Mahama, who was killed by a mob after he was 'mistaken' for an armed robber. According to a statement released by the SPD, the burial will kick off at 7pm on Thursday night with a vigil at the Arakan Officers Mess.
