A 38-year-old lawyer who raped a 32-year-old  American tourist who passed-out at the Oktoberfest beer festival, walked free from court with a suspended sentence after he claimed that he developed a 'spontaneous affection' for him after drinking at least 10 pints of beer. The lawyer raped the tourist at the famous beer festival in Munich, while the man was in a drunken state, and told the court
