Witness tells court how Ex-Naval chief, Usman Jibrin, used his family company to acquire a N600m property

Peter Oguebie, managing director, Petrus Ogu Nigeria Limited, who is also a witness in the trial of a former Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Usman Jibrin, on Monday, May 22, 2017 told Justice A.
