Video: Four policemen arrested for handcuffing bus driver to police van in Edo

The Edo state police command have arrested four policemen attached to the Esigie Police Division over a viral video showing some police officers in the state handcuffing a bus driver, 38 year old Kester Odozi, on a bus and driving around with him.
