Beyonce stepped out for the celebration of Cinco de Mayo looking all colorful and in a celebratory mood. The expectant mother was seen leaving a restaurant in West Hollywood, California on Friday with her best friend Kelly Rowland. Cinco de Mayo is the Spanish word for 5th of May. It is a yearly celebration held every May 5 to commemorate the Mexican Army's unlikely victory over French
