Photos: 9-year-old boy arrested by police in Asaba after his mother fled as the police was looking for her

Prince Gwamnishu Harrison disclosed that a 9-year-old boy named Clinton has been arrested by B Divisional Police officers in Asaba, Delta State capital in place of his mother.  According to the CEO of Behind Bars Initiative, the boy's mother got into a fight with a neighbor. The neighbor called Police and the mother ran away. Clinton is currently behind bars and refused Bail by
