Is it okay for a dad to post underwear photo of his daughter on social media?

Early this morning, Michael Cohen tweeted a sensual photo of his 21-year-old daughter, Samantha, posing in her underwear. The photo immediately generated criticisms, with many calling him "super creepy" for publicising sucha  photo.He captioned the photo: “So proud of my Ivy League daughter… brains and beauty channelling her Edie Sedgwick.” In reply to the photo, one Twitter user wrote:
