Bridesmaid Calls Police After Being Fondled By At Least 5 Male Guests At A Wedding. Photos

A bridesmaid who was groped by a group of guests had to invite the police over claims of sexual harassment. Ms Zhang said she was forced onto floor and fondled by at least five male guests, including the best man, at her best friend's wedding in southern China.

She had reported the assault to the police and insisted that the guests should be held responsible for their 'hurtful behaviour'.

She claimed that there were seven to eight guests groping her body while others were cheering.

Ms Zhang said she was a bridesmaid for her best friend at a recent wedding banquet in Guangzhou city when the assault happened.

'I was very excited and I didn't know what I was doing.' Mr Tang, the best man, confessed.

He said he had committed 'very indecent behaviour' with his friends and they had all apologised to Ms Zhang on Wechat, an instant messaging app in China.

However, Ms Zhang refused to accept the apologies. The woman has reported the case to police.

She said the male guests should be responsible for the hurtful behaviour.
