Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba and Wayne Rooney lead the Manchester United team in meeting and greeting children who suffer from serious and life-limiting illnesses. The Red Devils squad took time out to surprise the kids at the club's Aon Training Complex, and as you can see by the smiles on the fans' faces, it meant a lot to them.
The heart-warming event - Manchester United Foundation's Dream Day - takes place twice a season and celebrates the club's loyal fanbase.
