The court heard how the girl was approached while she was walking along a street and then grabbed by a man who got out of his car and told her: "I'm taking you in my car."
Ohaegbu, of Hull, denied attempted kidnap, assault, committing an offence with intent to commit a sexual offence and three counts of voyeurism.
The charges relate to another complainant who Ohaegbu allegedly twice filmed naked, and once under a table at a restaurant - all without her consent.
It is alleged Ohaegbu, who worked on the oncology ward at Castle Hill Hospital, tried to kidnap the girl, who was a "complete stranger" to him, as she walked along Peel Street, Hull, at 12.30am on September 26 last year.
He was sitting in his Range Rover, and after asking her for a light, asked her to get in the car, the jury of seven women and five men heard. When she declined, he got out, "ran up to her", then got back in and drove up to her.
Miss Baines said the girl was frightened and started running - but her bag got stuck in railings and Ohaegbu got out and grabbed her "forcefully" by the arm.
The girl said "no" and "by sheer chance" an old school friend happened to be walking along the same street and heard her shouting as she struggled with Ohaegbu, who also worked as a security guard, the court heard.
The friend called police and gave them the car's registration. At 1.45am police attended Chesnut Avenue and followed a blue Range Rover being driven from there to Sainsbury's in Princes Avenue.
Ohaegbu, who was driving, smelt of alcohol and failed a breath test.
The teenager picked him out in an identification procedure as the man who had tried to kidnap her, the jury heard.
