my girlfriend need your advice friends

my girlfriend has been dating this guy now for like four to five years now. the guy is not just taking her serious. he will never call her, he will never wish her anything on her birthday. she means nothing to him, he prefers and always chose his friends over her. if they all want to go out together (his friends and the girl), the so called guy will tell the girlfriend to go at the back that he need his friend to sit at the front, so many humiliation and heart broken behavior from that guy. please my girlfriend needs your advice seriously. thanks all
