Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is preparing a summer move for Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma after targeting fellow Blues player, Willian, according to reports.
The 22-year-old defender has endured a torrid season under Antonio Conte, making only seven appearances in the Premier League as the boss prefers the partnership of David Luiz, Gary Cahill and Cesar Azpilicueta in three-man defence.
However, despite his lack of action, there are reports that few clubs will try to lure him out of the Stamford Bridge next summer window.
Reports in The Sun claim that Jose Mourinho has identified Zouma as one of his potential targets in the summer window, as he hopes to bolster his defence ahead of next season.
Although it is understood that Conte will be reluctant to let the French defender leave as he views him as a viable replacement for John Terry who is expected to leave the club at the end of the season.
Jose Mourinho is also targeting Willian who was one of the few standout performer for Chelsea during the Portuguese’s second spell with Chelsea. There are speculations that the United boss is confident of landing the Brazilian attacker next summer due to the player’s lack of playing time with the Blues
