Kung Fu Champion Catches Worker Who Fell From A Building In China. Photos

A construction worker in China who was hanging on the side of a wall at some three floors high was saved by a quick-thinking kung fu master. The former martial arts champion, named Wu Qiang, caught the construction worker with his bare hands after the worker lost grip and fell on March 29.

Thanks to 48-year-old Wu, the man had a soft landing in the incident which occurred in Taicang, east China's Jiangsu province.

The construction worker, said to be in his 50s, was on scaffolding at the time putting up an advertisement board. The scaffolding suddenly collapsed, leaving him clinging to the side of the wall.

According to Kan Kan News, the man was hanging around eight metres (26 feet) high in the air and was shouting for help.

However the worker seemed to be in luck as Mr Wu came to his rescue.
