Buhari Absent Again? VP Osinbajo Takes Charge Of FEC

Looks like President Muhammadu Buhari is truly not feeling well. Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday again presided over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) Meeting.

This is like the 3rd time straight that Mr President has been absent from FEC meeting.
