20-year-old Leah Ratheram hanged herself after being beaten and tortured by her neighbour Lucy Regan and her boyfriend Omaij Christie. Leah, who suffered from Autism, Aspergers Syndrome and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, was at her home in Kings Heath south Birmingham, England, when Lucy and Omaij forced their way into her flat on February 2nd.
