The Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria representing Kogi West who has been in the news lately following a certificate forgery scandal after being called out by online news agency based in New York City, Sahara Reporters.

The online news medium quoting some examination officers from the school, alleged that Melaye, paid his Head of Department, David Ogbonna to forge his transcript and certificate. The Kogi West Legislator has shared a photo of him and his colleagues at the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Camp in Kaduna.

He captioned the photo: “ABU 99 set at NYSC camp in KD. Me in blue short”
