The Kogi state government today ordered the destruction of a one-storey building owned by one Alhaji Tijanni Bakare, a self confessed kidnapping syndicate ringleader. B akare who was recently apprehended by the police, confessed to being the ring leader of a gang that has terrorised residents of Kogi state and travelers along the state roads.
