London terrorist Khalid Masood's teenage daughter stood up to his bullying and refused to convert to Islam - attending her school prom in a revealing black dress. Teegan, 18, and her mother rejected her radicalised father's orders after he demanded both of his daughters become Muslims and wear burqas, family friends have claimed.
Her older sister, Andi, 24, is said to have converted to Islam like her father, donned a full-face veil and moved to Luton with him and his new partner while he was based there from 2009 to 2011.
Masood, 52, was living in Birmingham when he killed four people in a car and knife attack in Westminster before being shot dead on the grounds of the Houses of Parliament.
The girls' mother and Masood's former partner, Jane Harvey, fought to prevent Teegan from following her father and older sister, the Sun reported.
Luke Lawrence, 23, who went to school with Andi when she and her mother and sister lived in Northiam, East Sussex, said: “Jane was totally against the idea and wanted Teegan to remain with her. "But Andi was older and could be very headstrong, so she just went off and did it anyway."
Ms Harvey wanted her daughter to stay at home with her and continue her studies.
One of Ms Harvey's friends claimed Andi is living in Birmingham, wears a full-face veil and may have changed her name to an Arabic one.
Born Adrian Russell Ajao, he converted to Islam while in prison in 2003 following an alleged knife attack and changed his name to Khalid Masood from Adrian Elms - two of his many aliases.
