Two women were seen squatting outside a shop's window and urinating in broad daylight on a display window. The women, accompanied by a man, pulled down their trousers and bared all to horrified workers inside. An optician's assistant Clare Fleming, who works for the family-run Specs 4 Less Opticians in an historic Cardiff arcade, looked on in disbelief at what she was witnessing.

She described seeing one of the women hand a can of alcohol to a man who was with them and then the two dropped their trousers, crouched down and started to urinate.
