GRASSROOTS YOUTH DEMOCRATIC FORUM OF NIGERIA(GYDFON) is purely an independent political group of grassroots young political actors who strongly believe their political destiny lies solely in their hands. The Forum was formed by people of likes minds across Lagos,Ogun,Oyo,Ondo,Osun,Delta,Katsina and Ekiti states to urgently put a stop to the consistent complaints of Nigeria youth of relegation, neglect nd shortchange in the running of political affairs of Nigeria. Since all politics is said to be local, GYDFON is out to actualise the following: * to actively participate in decisions that will affect them politically * to contribute their own quota to the political development of Nigeria through members active participation in politics at the grassroots level * to patriotically advocates for youth leadership at any political level in Nigeria * to promote the political interest of members of this forum * to give our support to any political party/Aspirant whose manifesto are in correlation with the forum's political ideology, principles and philosophy * to reawaken the political consciousness at the grassroots level. We have been given go-ahead by some political bigwigs in the States mentioned above. And these elder state men cut across political parties. They ready to help achieve our objectives.
