Contrary to widespread reports that Africa’s richest man and Nigerian billionaire business mogul Aliko Dangote was not involved in Mali Hotel Attack earlier this morning, the business mogul escaped the attack by a whisker.
Some daredevil gunmen launched an attack on the American owned Radisson Blu hotel on Friday morning taking 140 guests and 30 staff hostage in Bamako.
Dangote left the hotel 24 hours before the attack, it was learnt.
There were fears earlier that the president of the Dangote Group of Companies may have been trapped in the attack.
