Justice Danladi Umar of the CCT has adjourned the commencement of Senate President Bukola Saraki’s trial for false asset declaration till November 5 on the grounds that the tribunal would await the ruling of a Court of Appeal, where the senator is contesting the power of the CCT to try him.
