.Contrary to public insinuation that the 200 girls rescued by Nigerian troop yesterday from Sambisa forest could be the Chibok girls abducted over a year ago, a spokesman of Nigerian army Sani Usman revealed to Reuters that the rescued girls are not Chibok girls.

The Troop had yesterday rescued 200 girls and 93 women from Sambisa Forest on Tuesday.

According to Reuters, said Usman confirmed this in a text message. “The troops rescued 200 abducted girls (not Chibok girls) and 93 women,”.
