The Independent National Electoral Commission has release its latest distribution list of Permanent Voters Card [PVC] for each state as at February 17, 2015. The distribution summary is shown below.
A cursory examination of the list indicates that a disparity between the north and south geopolitical zone exists. The average collection percentage for the country is 75.88% – while the average collection percentage for all the geopolitical regions excerpt the North East and North West lines below the 75.88 percentile.

The distribution of the PVC appears to have been aggressively distributed in the North East and North West regions more than other regions.
