No shift in election date can stop the looming ‘political change’ in Nigeria. All lovers of democracy must remain calm and avoid acts of violence, because that’s not what they expect from you to justify their evil machinations.
Remember the hard work you have put into this movement for a better Nigeria. What appeared impossible at first has become reality in my lifetime. A brief interlude in time cannot make us lose what we have gained.
The simple truth is that Brother Jonathan is simply unsellable and no amount of persuasion or vituperation from them will cover up for his poor performance. Any blameless effort in that regard, is like carrying coal to Newcastle.
We are moving away from politics of ethnicity- North and South, East and West, South South and the rest of them, them and us, or that based on religious biases or on social class prejudices to politics of representativeness, good ideology and ability to hold office. That’s the sermon Nigerians deserve and desire to hear.
Please use this extended time wisely to consolidate on your good works…… take this message to your parents, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunties, cousins, lovers- madam & Oga @ the top, your bobo or sisi, children and grandchildren, professional colleagues and associates, mates/friends as well as other relatives and neighbours.
Sharing your ideas and viewpoints respectfully and in the most civil manner, on the new political awakening. Wake up those sleeping to smell the coffee. Tell them that it’s not all about Buhari, Tinubu, Amaechi, PDP decamps to APC, but a new beginning and reality and a good lesson to those in power that ‘SMALL YOU’ can determine their chances and doom politically based on their score cards while in office..
