Unidentified gunmen, believed to to be the dreaded Islamic sect, Boko Haram have attacked Limawa primary and secondary schools in Minna capital of Niger state this morning.
According to Daily Trust the attack occurred at about 10:30 a.m. on Monday.
The number of casualties could however not be affirmed as at the time of publishing this report.
The Niger state Police command spokesperson DSP Ibrahim Gambari confirmed the incident. He said normalcy had been returned to the area but did not give further details..
