A video report about 100 people who on Friday 24th October 2014 wanted to take advantage of a fallen Petrol tanker and steal some petrol for themselves for God knows what they are going to use it for. Maybe, because of the high priced petroleum in the country, they wanted to make some profit from the fallen tanker.
