One of the first class graduates from Delta State sent this to www.nairaleak.com, please read:
The university I intend attending and presented to Scholarship board have already resumed lectures since September 2014 And it’s un-deferrable at this point in time.
The Agbami award and the rest scholarships given since July 2014 are not even in the right order in terms of hierarchy, because we are all Deltans and Our purpose for the Scholarship funds is for Master’s Degree which we have presented our letter of Admission to start up this September.
Your Excellency Sir, all I seek for is knowledge because Education is still the best legacy. I'm aware that this administration is about to end, and even if am to wait for the next tenure what's the probability that the next Governor will continue this programme for Deltans?
Your Excellency please help me out as I don’t have any sponsor that’s why I have always put in my best in education and blue collar jobs just to finish up my degree. I didn’t do fraud, I didn’t join Militants, I didn’t do yahoo, I didn’t follow white women just to get papers for residence, I didn’t do drugs. I only put in extra effort and with God’s intervention I made it.
All my mates, fellow applicants for this your scholarship programme are already in school for their masters programme base on the fact that they have gotten sponsors but am stranded here in Nigeria doing nothing.
Awaiting your kind hearted nature for me to go back to school as soon as possible, God bless you!!!
Long Live Delta State!!!
Long Live Nigeria!!!

Your Excellency, am an International student (Graduate) who flew into the country for the First Class Scholarship Screening which was held during the first week of July. (Yes Sir, I was done with School and was waiting to start up my masters after some universities offered me discount in Tuition due to my outstanding performance).
During the screening exercise we were asked to present our Admission Letter for Masters degree which some of us did (As I saw it as an evidence that the funds to be released are strictly for education purpose), and was also asked to get our official Transcript sent from our respective universities to the Scholarship Board (Evidence that the applicants truly graduated from the said universities) which I did the following week same month of July.
My Study Permit (Visa) now has expired and I cannot go back to the said universities that have offered me discount in my Tuition as I will need to apply for a Study Permit (Visa) again which the embassy will ask for proof of Tuition which I don’t have because I've been Sponsoring Myself. My Landlord Overseas have threatened to dispose my belongings if I fail to come back this month end as my rent has long overdue...
