National Assembly clerk slumps and dies while walking up the stairs

Muhammed Shuaibu, the clerk of the House Committee on Agricultural Production and Services reportedly slumped and died, while walking on a staircase at the National Assembly complex, Abuja around 12 noon, Monday, March 13th.
